The Dark Horse Ranch Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization incorporated in 2025
Mission
Our mission is to conserve and protect the critically endangered Dales Pony by supporting responsible breeding programs while fostering public awareness through demonstrations, exhibitions, and educational initiatives.
One of our key objectives is to focus on education to prevent the extinction of this wonderful pony breed. We provide education by providing links to other Dales Pony organizations, recommend books and videos, host and attend events, fairs, and shows around the state of IL and WI. We also produce a podcast and share social media content about the Dales Pony and Dales Pony Events.
